Job summary

ASX Limited in Sydney is seeking a Third Party Risk Specialist to support the TPRM program. You will lead supplier risk assessments, monitor contracts, and maintain risk dashboards in collaboration with Procurement and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, procurement, or audit or related roles (financial services experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills; proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance expectations for outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing third-party risk reviews and due diligence for assigned suppliers, collecting data to assess risk levels.
• Verify SLAs/contract terms, monitor key risk indicators, and escalate deviations.
• Maintain risk management tools and dashboards; support audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with Procurement and IT to gather supplier information and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in preparing materials for TPRM committee meetings and refine processes.
