Qualifications

• Significant experience in governance, operational risk, controls, quality assurance, compliance, audit, financial crime operations or related discipline within financial services.
• Demonstrated experience designing, leading or improving governance and control frameworks in a complex regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of control design, testing, monitoring, issue management, remediation governance and evidence standards.
• Experience supporting regulated operational processes, including KYC, AML, client onboarding or ongoing client due diligence activities.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes and controls.

• Lead the Platform Operations governance and controls capability with a focus on quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
• Oversee regulatory and operational change and drive improvements to processes and controls.
