Qualifications

Significant experience in governance, operational risk, controls, quality assurance, compliance, audit, financial crime operations or related discipline within financial services.
Demonstrated experience designing, leading or improving governance and control frameworks in a complex regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of control design, testing, monitoring, issue management, remediation governance and evidence standards.
Experience supporting regulated operational processes, including KYC, AML, client onboarding or ongoing client due diligence activities.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead the Platform Operations governance and controls capability with a focus on quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
Oversee regulatory and operational change and drive improvements to processes and controls.
Provide clear reporting on control performance, emerging risks and remediation activities.
