Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join the Change Delivery team in Banking, focusing on testing changes to banking systems and real-time payment capabilities. You will apply functional and non-functional testing, working in an Agile environment and coordinating with multiple teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong experience across all testing phases (functional, non-functional).
• Background in banking/payments testing is preferred.
• Experience with waterfall and/or Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Test changes to enhance and expand Banking systems and products.
• Work in a dynamic Agile delivery team reporting to Project Test Team Lead.
• Apply testing standards, processes and best practices.
• Create, support and execute functional and non-functional testing across domains.
• Use Selenium and Playwright; develop AI test agents in Microsoft Copilot 365.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing planning, processes and automation.
• Liaise with Banking, other departments, financial institutions and customers on testing needs.
• Communicate outcomes clearly in writing and verbally to the team.
• Collaborate actively within the team to drive successful results.
