Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Test Automation Lead/Architect to guide a high-performing team implementing the Enterprise Test Automation Framework. You will provide governance for infrastructure projects, define test strategy, and drive framework adoption across delivery teams.

You will lead a group of 7–10 analysts, shaping automation solutions, reporting, and performance management while partnering with product teams to deliver scalable test automation across streams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Enterprise Test Automation frameworks in IT landscapes.
• Ability to architect automation solutions and lead design decisions for automation frameworks.
• Experience with QA for complex delivery projects and reporting.
• Strong people leadership and performance review experience.
• Proven collaboration with product teams to define long-term test automation roadmaps.
• Experience in CI/CD integration and test tooling adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Test Automation analysts and leads across multiple streams.
• Oversee governance and quality assurance for Infrastructure projects.
• Define test strategy and framework adaptations for automation.
• Mentor and develop direct reports to achieve outcomes.
