Job summary

The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Test Automation Lead/Architect to drive the Enterprise Test Automation Framework, embedding automation across streams, and partnering with project teams to lift quality and delivery velocity.

You will provide governance for infrastructure projects, guide Test Leads, and mentor 7–10 direct reports, shaping testing strategy and tool adoption in a DevOps environment. This is a high‑impact, collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing Enterprise Test Automation frameworks in agile/DevOps environments.
• Ability to architect automation solutions and guide test framework design and adoption.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams with QE perspectives across projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and uplift of the centralized Enterprise Test Automation framework.
• Provide governance and QA for infrastructure projects and test strategy guidance.
• Lead, coach and develop 7–10 direct reports and coordinate test resources.
• Collaborate with product teams to define long-term test automation roadmaps.
• Support reporting and analytics via automation results and dashboards.
