Job summary

SAP Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Senior Territory Ecosystem Management Specialist to own and execute territory plans with quarterly pipelines and targets. You will coach partner sellers on MEDDPICC, lead pipeline reviews, and drive AI-enabled selling practices to accelerate opportunity closure.

You will build and maintain four-times- qualified pipeline coverage at quarter start, ensure accurate weekly forecasts within 10%, and sustain CRM hygiene across deals.

Qualifications

• Our candidates should have ten+ years in territory or channel sales with quota ownership.
• Forecast accuracy within 10% of commit with multiple years of four times pipeline coverage.
• MEDDPICC/MEDDICC qualification discipline applied to forecasted deals.
• Proven success coaching partners to improve coverage, qualification quality, and win rates.
• Enterprise cloud app sales experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SuccessFactors, or BTP is a plus.
• Regular use of AI tools in selling with output verification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans with annual targets for pipeline, revenue and bookings.
• Coach partner sellers on MEDDPICC qualification and lead weekly pipeline reviews.
• Embed AI into weekly activities using Joule and SAP AI tools for research and forecast summaries.
• Coordinate ecosystem activities to close opportunities and expand SAP's footprint.
