Job summary

Precision Sourcing Australia is seeking a SAP Pre-Sales Lead to partner with SAP customers across Australia. The role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with occasional travel (1-2 days).

You will shape solution strategies, align SAP capabilities with business needs, and support pre-sales, RFPs and pipeline growth while mentoring delivery teams within the Centre of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades or transformations.
• Strong solution-shaping, pursuit leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence business and technology stakeholders; delivery governance and risk.
• Australian citizen or ability to obtain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation and SAP modernisation initiatives, facilitating executive workshops, discovery sessions, assessments and roadmap development.
• Shape end-to-end solution strategies, review architecture and delivery approaches, and ensure alignment between business requirements, SAP capabilities and commercial models.
• Support pre-sales, RFP responses, proposals and pipeline growth; collaborate with sector, sales and alliance teams to develop compelling value propositions and business cases.
• Contribute to SAP CoE assets, accelerators and thought leadership; mentor consultants and delivery leads; support capability development and emerging SAP technologies.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, capability leads, sector leaders and delivery executives; provide informed recommendations for strategic decisions.
