Job summary

HPX Group Pty is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while partnering with hiring managers to define role success profiles.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Use channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks to develop pipelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
