Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional for a contract role to support Microsoft through external staffing partners. You will source, screen, and manage candidates end-to-end across multiple business units, partnering with hiring managers and executives to drive strategic hiring initiatives.

You will work remotely on a 7-month contract, focusing on engineering and data center organizations, with a strong emphasis on candidate experience and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training.
• 2+ years of customer service or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Leadership and mentoring skills to provide feedback.
• Knowledge of hiring policies, procedures, and training.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and executive recruiting.
• Familiarity with data center operations and related hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
• Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Support full-time employee hiring across multiple business units, including engineering and data center operations.
• Inform applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
• Refer applicants to hiring personnel and make hiring recommendations.
• Own end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Partner with executive leadership to support senior-level talent acquisition needs.
