Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a recruiters/senior recruiters to join our team in Melbourne. The role focuses on leading the fulfillment of high-volume vacancies and serving as the first contact for hiring needs, aligning with our Talent Acquisition Manager.

You will drive best-practice across the recruitment lifecycle, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and act as a Talent Advisor, delivering market insights and compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioural based interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and pipeline with Talent Sourcing.
• Carrying out activities to ensure account KPIs/SLAs are met and compliant with client processes.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Gaining market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Coaching candidates in interview preparation and providing timely feedback.
