Zusammenfassung

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking recruiters/senior recruiters to lead the fulfillment of high-volume vacancies and be the first contact for hiring needs. You will drive best practice across the recruitment life cycle and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers while aligning with client delivery processes.

Responsibilities include direct sourcing, pipeline development with the Talent Sourcing team, and maintaining accurate recruitment data to meet KPI/SLAs.

Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioural-based interviews.
• Ability to work under high pressure.

Aufgaben

• Lead high-volume end-to-end recruitment activities and direct sourcing with the Talent Sourcing team.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies and meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and gain a deep understanding of client domains.
• Manage requisitions with accurate documentation and maintain data visibility for forecasts.
• Coach candidates for interviews and maintain an active, current talent pool for opportunities.
