Go Beyond Recruitment is partnering with Vail Resorts to attract and engage talent for Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham in Australia. This Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will guide the TA team, optimize processes, and drive workforce planning across seasonal and year-round roles.

The role offers full remote work from anywhere in Australia, with a 12-month fixed-term arrangement and potential extension or permanency.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across multiple environments.
• Experience in high-volume, seasonal, operational or fast-paced recruitment.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to evolving priorities, and deliver through peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across seasonal, year-round and specialist positions across priorities.
• Partner with hiring leaders on priority and hard-to-fill roles, providing workforce planning support.
• Provide senior guidance to the TA team and navigate escalations.
• Improve recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes for consistency.
• Lead TA projects from planning through implementation with stakeholders.
• Support optimisation of recruitment systems, tech and automation.
• Use data and feedback to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
