Go Beyond Recruitment is partnering with Vail Resorts to attract and engage talent for Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham in Australia. This Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will guide the TA team, optimize processes, and drive workforce planning across seasonal and year-round roles.

The role offers full remote work from anywhere in Australia, with a 12-month fixed-term arrangement and potential extension or permanency.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Vail Resorts and support our iconic Australian alpine resorts – Perisher, Falls Creek and Hotham.

Recruitment in the snow industry is fast-paced, varied and highly seasonal. Each year, we build large workforces across hospitality, mountain operations, guest services, snow sports, retail, rental, corporate and specialist roles.

This is more than a recruitment delivery role. You’ll work across the broader recruitment lifecycle, provide senior support to the TA team and contribute to initiatives spanning early careers, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, international recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, systems, automation and AI.

Offering the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia, this is an initial 12-month fixed-term opportunity with potential for extension or permanency. If you enjoy finding great talent, solving problems and turning ideas into practical improvements, this could be a great next step!

What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment across seasonal, year-round and specialist positions, flexing across the business based on priorities and demand.
• Partner with hiring leaders on priority, complex and hard-to-fill positions, providing practical recruitment advice and workforce planning support.
• Be a senior point of support for the TA team, providing guidance and coaching and helping navigate escalations and complex matters.
• Improve recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, creating simpler and more consistent ways of working.
• Lead and support TA projects from planning through to implementation, working with stakeholders across the business.
• Support the optimisation and implementation of recruitment systems, technology and automation.
• Use data, insights and feedback to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across a range of recruitment environments.
• Experience in high-volume, seasonal, operational or similarly fast-paced recruitment.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to evolving priorities and deliver through peak periods.
• Strong stakeholder partnering skills and confidence navigating complex recruitment matters.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or providing guidance to other TA team members.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capability, with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.
• Digital confidence using technology, automation and Microsoft 365 tools to create smarter, more efficient ways of working.
