Snowy Hydro is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment across diverse business units. You will partner with senior leaders to map talent, set selection criteria, and guide best-practice assessment methodologies.

You will deliver a high-touch candidate experience, use multi-channel sourcing, and promote the company's EVP with a strong focus on diversity. The role sits in the People & Culture team, with relocation options and a preference for Cooma or Sydney

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across technical or niche roles.
• Ability to map talent and provide market insights.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
