Hatch is seeking a Senior Tailings Engineer in Perth, Western Australia, to join our Tailings and Mine Waste Management practice. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver integrated tailings, mine waste, and mine water solutions, and provide senior technical oversight across a diverse portfolio.

The role emphasizes design, delivery, and client engagement. You will mentor engineers, support business development, and contribute from early studies through to closure planning, while traveling

Qualificações

• Degree-qualified Civil or Geotechnical Engineer with tailings management experience.
• Experience in tailings design, operations support and closure planning.
• Willingness to travel as required and strong client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailings and mine waste solutions.
• Lead studies from site selection to closure planning.
• Prepare reports, design basis memoranda, and drawings.
• Support business development and client engagement.
