Job summary

ATC Williams is seeking a Senior Geotechnical/Tailings/Dams Engineer to lead challenging mining and tailings projects from our Perth team. The role is permanent and full-time, focusing on delivering technical excellence and robust client outcomes across Australia and international projects.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, mentor staff, and drive project delivery within time and budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and eligibility for professional registration.
• 7+ years' industry experience including tailings projects.
• Experience delivering tailings and mining infrastructure projects with responsibility for technical quality and delivery.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, report writing and quality assurance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within geotechnical, tailings and dams disciplines.
• Lead the planning, execution and review of complex investigations, design and reporting.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Support project directors and clients with technical advice and delivery.
• Mentor multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate junior staff.
