Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Civil or Geotechnical Engineer with tailings management experience.
• Experience in integrated tailings facilities, mine water management, or mine closure.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailings, mine waste, and mine water solutions.
• Lead site studies, including dewatering, subsurface investigations and material characterization.
• Oversee design, deposition modelling, capping and closure planning.
