Qualifications

• BSc/B.Eng. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registration as a professional engineer (PE).
• Substantial mechanical engineering experience with solid project engineering background.
• Ability to manage and motivate individuals to meet quality, cost and schedule objectives.
• Strong deliverable focus with effective planning and coordination.
• Experience on large or complex multidisciplinary projects (preferred).
• Collaborate on exciting projects to develop innovative solutions.
• Commitment to career growth, learning and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical engineering designs and technical solutions in line with project requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Prepare and review mechanical engineering calculations, reports, specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure an integrated design approach.
• Support project planning activities, including scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Review technical deliverables to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers where required; assist with client engagement and project meetings.
• Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities throughout project delivery.
• Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes and practices.
