Job summary

LiveHire Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support the Defence High Frequency Communications System (DHFCS) within the CJC10 engineering team. You will provide technical advice, maintain engineering documentation and help manage risks to sustain and improve this capability.

You will develop and maintain the CJC10 documentation suite, review contract deliverables, and coordinate workshops to coach and develop team members while ensuring QA processes are followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Chartered Professional Engineer status with a recognised professional body, or the ability to attain it.
• A tertiary qualification in Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with the One Defence Capability System (ODCS).
• Experience with the ASDEFCON suite.
• Leadership or management experience, including the ability to coach teams through strategy and change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across Defence, industry and multidisciplinary teams.
• NV1 Security Clearance required for this role.
