Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to support delivery, optimisation, and ongoing support of supply chain IT solutions in Australia. You will work with operations, stakeholders, customers and vendors to deliver standardised IT solutions and lead continuous improvement across live systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT solutions in a retail/Supply Chain or 3PL environment.
• Ability to engage management-level stakeholders and vendors.
• Background in configuring and testing IT solutions across live systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of DHL’s strategic direction and ensure IT solutions align with objectives.
• Oversee project delivery and continuous improvement, ensuring on-time execution.
• Configure, implement, test IT solutions for the AU DHL Supply Chain business.
• Translate requirements into objectives and deliver within estimates.
• Document processes and share solutions with country and regional IT teams.
• Own and drive IT programs for the Retail sector and communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Engage in new business and renewal opportunities for Retail.
