Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, precast, concrete or similar production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS).
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement (CI).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with management and other departments.
• Current Gantry Crane Licence/Ticket.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Senior Supervisor – Precast & Manufacturing

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing and precast operation in the area of Moreton Bay, Queensland.

We are looking for a hands‑on and experienced production leader who can take ownership of day‑to‑day operations, lead a frontline team and help establish a safe, productive and high‑performing workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in the establishment and growth of a new operation, working closely with the Site/General Manager and having a genuine influence on how the production team operates.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Site/General Manager, you will lead production across pipe and precast operations and work closely with the Production, Yard, Maintenance and Quality teams.

• Supervise, support and develop production team members.

About you

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, precast, concrete, construction or a similar production environment.

• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
• A commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with management and other departments.
• You will hold:
• Current Gantry Crane Licence/Ticket.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Additional relevant industry licences, tickets or qualifications will be highly regarded.
