Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, precast, concrete or similar production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
• Solid understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS).
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement (CI).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with management and other departments.
• Current Gantry Crane Licence/Ticket.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage production schedules, labour, materials and equipment.
• Supervise, support and develop production team members.
• Monitor productivity, downtime, waste, rework and production costs.
• Ensure products are manufactured to drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure employees, contractors and visitors follow WHS procedures and use PPE.
• Maintain accurate production, timesheet and other records.
• Support a positive workplace culture based on accountability, teamwork and respect.
