Telum is seeking a Production Supervisor for a busy precast concrete facility in Dandenong South. You will lead a small team of 3–6 production staff, supervise daily production, safety, quality and scheduling, and drive continuous improvement.

The role is hands-on with strong emphasis on safety, quality control and meeting production targets. Trade qualification or engineering background is highly regarded, with growth opportunities in a growing Australian manufacturer.

• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing is essential.
• Proven track record in production supervision.
• Ability to lead 3–6 staff and organise labour.
• Strong safety and quality focus with risk awareness.

Production Supervisor – Precast Concrete

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a small team within their busy precast concrete manufacturing facility in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on leadership role supervising 3–6 production staff and overseeing the day-to-day production, safety, quality and scheduling of precast concrete products.

Experienced Leading Hands in precast who are ready to step into a Supervisor role are encouraged to apply.

The Role

• Supervise and coordinate daily precast production
• Lead and support a team of 3–6 production staff
• Organise labour and production schedules
• Conduct toolbox talks and maintain strong safety standards
• Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met
• Carry out quality checks and inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and help resolve production issues

About You

• Previous experience in precast concrete manufacturing is essential
• Production Supervisor experience preferred
• Leading Hand experience in precast with the ability to step up will be considered
