Job summary

MAC-B Construction, a Western Australia-based contractor delivering workforce and project solutions across mining, civil, energy and fabrication projects statewide, is seeking multi-skilled Supervisors (S26 ticketed) to manage crews and deliver packages efficiently on WA civil and mining sites.

Scope includes earthworks and bulk excavation, structural and civil works, mechanical/plant-related works, through to handover. FIFO & DIDO options exist; immediate to near-term mobilisation is expected.

Qualifications

• S26 (Schedule 26) Statutory Supervisor ticket is essential.
• Demonstrated experience supervising construction crews on mine or civil sites.
• Strong construction background with ability to manage multiple work fronts and crews.
• White Card and a current driver’s licence.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead allocated project personnel to complete works safely and in compliance with procedures, drawings, specifications, budgets, timeframes and other project requirements.
• Plan and control personnel, equipment and materials for safe and efficient delivery of construction activities.
• Conduct quality inspections and liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain safety, quality, budget and schedule standards.
• Coordinate with senior management, internal teams, clients, engineers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project planning and execution.
• Support senior management as projects progress through planning, procurement coordination and operational support.
• Perform other duties to keep the project running safely and efficiently.
