Job summary

Guma-Warnii Seabreeze is seeking multi-skilled Trade Qualified Supervisors to manage现场 teams on mining civil projects across Western Australia. Immediate start with 8/6 FIFO rosters from Perth, and flexibility to cover multiple packages acrossWA.

Applicants should have strong carpentry background, proven mine-site supervision experience, and a Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification. You will coordinate crews, materials, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification required.
• Experience supervising construction crews on mine sites.
• Carpentry trade background essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead allocated project personnel, directing them to complete works safely and in compliance with company and client procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Plan and control personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure construction activities are delivered safely and efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections, supervise staff and subcontractors, liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality and schedule standards.
• Liaise with senior management, internal teams, clients, suppliers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure safe execution of all project aspects.
• Provide support to senior management as projects progress from tender handover to execution, including project/logistics planning and procurement coordination.
• Other duties as required to get the job done while keeping the team safe and working efficiently.
