JRM Resources is a WA-based civil contractor seeking experienced Earthworks Site Supervisors to lead daily operations across current and upcoming projects. You will oversee earthworks, drainage and related civil works, coordinating crews and subcontractors to deliver safely and to high standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in earthworks supervision, strong client and team communication, and the ability to plan resources and monitor productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Earthworks Site Supervisor or similar civil construction role.
• Must pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
• Must have full working rights in Australia; Construction White Card.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, crews and subcontractors.
• Oversee bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and related civil works.
• Coordinate plant, labour and resources to meet project requirements.
• Monitor machine utilisation and productivity.
• Schedule and allocate tasks, labour, and resources.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to project specifications.
• Liaise with clients, project teams, subcontractors and safety personnel.
• Identify and resolve site issues, hazards and operational risks.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project management.
• Promote a strong safety culture across site.

About the role:

JRM Resources are seeking experienced civil Supervisors to join our growing operations across existing and upcoming projects. Overseeing civil construction projects including bulk and detailed earthworks, mobile plant operations, drainage and environmental controls

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, overseeing machine productivity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

• 2/1 roster | 12-hour shifts
• Rate of $80-$95 per hour + super, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience as an Earthworks Site Supervisor or similar within civil construction
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating site crews
• Sound knowledge of civil earthworks, mobile plant operations and site requirements
• Confident communicating with clients, contractors and project teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related qualifications are highly regarded

Mandatory Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in an Earthworks Site Supervisor or similar civil construction role
• Must pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen
• Must have full working rights in Australia
• Construction White Card
