Job summary

Macro Mining Services seeks a Superintendent to lead frontline delivery on a landmark Pilbara earthworks and rehabilitation programme. You will supervise crews, uphold safety standards, and ensure scope is executed to client specifications on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Port Hedland.

With 10+ years of frontline civil, earthworks or mining experience and strong WA WHS knowledge, you will coordinate resources and manage handovers to maintain schedule and quality on Tier-1 sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontline civil, earthworks or mining experience including senior site leadership.
• Strong WA WHS knowledge and critical-risk awareness.
• Experience delivering on remote, Tier-1 sites with client systems and permit-to-work processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the safe, sequenced day-to-day execution at the work front.
• Lead supervisors and crews in person and ensure handovers at changeovers.
• Manage scope, client standards and brand values into verified controls and production.
• Allocate resources to protect critical path and planned production.
• Embed environmental, heritage and rehabilitation controls across all works.
