Job summary

The role requires strong knowledge of health and safety, ability to read plans, coordinate schedules, and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Quality experience in supervisory or foreman role on construction or trade sites.
• Experience on residential construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards.

• Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation.

• Experience on residential construction teams
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage teams, coordinate schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Competency in reading plans, specifications, and technical documentation
• Experience with project budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal trade qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in construction
• Supervisors license is advantageous
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• White Card (Construction Induction) or equivalent site safety accreditation.
