Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a Junior Site Supervisor / Leading Hand to support the day-to-day running of luxury residential projects on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore. You will coordinate trades, read drawings, and help drive the build through to handover.

This role emphasises quality finishes, safety inductions, and on-site compliance, with progression into Site Supervisor / Foreman. Strong communication and organisation are essential for multi-trade coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-end residential builds.

The Role

About You

• Experience as a Leading Hand or Junior Site Supervisor
• Experience working for a residential builder or head contractor
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
• Comfortable coordinating multiple trades on site
• Good eye for detail and quality finishes
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Exposure to Procore, HammerTech, Plexa or 1Breadcrumb
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression into a Site Supervisor / Foreman position
