Job summary

A.N.T Building is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations for a multi-residential/commercial project. You will coordinate trades, manage activities, and ensure delivery safely, on program and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on-site site supervision experience in multi-residential/commercial projects.

A.N.T Building have been building quality architecturally designed homes & luxury apartments in and around Sydney for the past 30 years. Based on the Northern Beaches, we specialise in the management and construction of high-end multi residential, commercial & community projects.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day site operations for a multi-residential/commercial construction project. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on program and to a high standard.

Core Duties

• Manage and coordinate all day-to-day site activities.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Monitor construction progress against the project program and key milestones.
• Coordinate deliveries, materials, plant and site logistics.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain high standards of WHS, site cleanliness and presentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively.
• Work closely with the Director, providing regular updates, on site progress and key issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation and daily reporting.
• Ensure construction activities are effectively sequenced and the project remains on schedule.

About You

• Proven experience of 3yrs + as a Site Supervisor within multi-residential and/or commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site coordination.
• Confident managing multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach to site challenges.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction standards.
• Trade qualification and/or relevant construction qualifications highly regarded, Certificate IV in Building and Construction / Diploma of Building and Construction
• Reliable, professional and committed to delivering a quality project from start to finish.

Current White Card and valid Driver’s Licence essential.
