Job summary

Curtin University seeks a Senior Student Experience Coordinator to support the Academic Lead, Business Manager, Industry and Community Hub in delivering mobility initiatives that enhance student experience. You will coordinate short-term mobility programs, study tours, social impact challenges and international internships, building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires collaboration with University Marketing, Curtin Global and Student Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver initiatives that promote student mobility and participation in student experience programs.
• Build relationships with faculty, staff, agents, international institutions, industry partners and alumni to support mobility opportunities.
• Develop proposals for new programs and projects in consultation with the Academic Lead, Industry and Community Hub.
• Implement, review and improve student mobility programs and promotional activities to support a positive student experience.
• Identify and manage risks related to student mobility programs, including student placements.
• Plan and coordinate information sessions and events for students interested in mobility opportunities.
