Northrop Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects from concept to construction and deliver technically challenging structural solutions across multiple sectors. You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a Newcastle office, coordinating design and client interactions.

You will mentor junior engineers, manage project time and budget, and contribute to business development and technical standards.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Structural Engineering in the Australian market.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering; CPEng preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to construction and technical delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with time planning.
• Engage with clients, attend meetings and inspections.
