Qualifications

• BEng or higher in Civil/Structural required.
• CPEng strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering in mining/resources/heavy industry sectors.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across design and execution.
• Develop proposals, tenders and client submissions.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships.
• Mentor engineers as workload grows.
