Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working as a Structural Engineering Consultant in the Australian market.
• Developing expertise in post-tensioned concrete slab design and detailing.
• Knowledge of the listed structural analysis/design software.
• Delivery of projects across residential/health/education/commercial/industrial sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compliant structural designs with a focus on post-tensioned concrete.
• Lead project teams from concept through construction; coordinate with architects and services.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and timelines; ensure key dates are met.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical development.
• Participate in business development and preparation of proposals.
