You’ve spent a few years mastering structural engineering and are now looking for a new opportunity. You have developing expertise in post-tensioned concrete slab design and detailing. With this skill set, you will be leading project teams, taking ownership of the technical delivery of structural projects across a range of sectors!
This role can be based at our Newcastle or Sydney offices.
What You’ll Own
The Structural Engineer is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and compliant structural engineering designs across building projects, with a specialist focus on detailed post-tensioned concrete design. The role contributes to analysis, modelling, and documentation from concept through to construction, ensuring coordination with architectural and services disciplines. Working under senior guidance, the engineer supports project delivery by producing accurate, buildable solutions that meet client, code, and program requirements.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects with new and existing clients, you will be leading projects whilst supported by a close-knit management team. You will be client facing, with the autonomy of leading projects from concept to construction and technical job delivery, with the support to help you succeed.
