Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company, based at the North Ryde Support Office, is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join the People Hub team. Reporting to the General Manager of Employee Relations, you will provide expert employment relations guidance across Greencross, including Retail, Veterinary, Support Office and Supply Chain operations.

You will manage diverse employment relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, advise on performance management and termination, and

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive Employee Relations Advisor experience in multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes in a matrixed model and deliver through specialist teams.
• Experience in large, complex, multi-site organisations; retail, healthcare or FMCG environments valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality employment relations advice and support to leaders across all business divisions.
• Act as primary contact for enquiries through the Employment Relations Advisory Centre.
• Guide on performance management, misconduct, grievances, bullying and harassment, award interpretation and termination of employment.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of employment relations matters from enquiry through to resolution; conduct investigations and prepare reports.
• Support compliance activities and employment relations training; create leader resources and guidance material.
• Support Fair Work Commission matters, research and industrial relations projects; stay current with legislation and trends.
