Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company is seeking a Supply Chain Business Data Manager based at the North Ryde Support Office to safeguard Master Data, EDI, and alignment between business and IT teams to deliver strong supply chain outcomes. You will support MDM and ERP implementation, provide end-user training, and govern projects ensuring SOPs are current and go-live priorities are managed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain roles with project, data and systems experience.
• Experience delivering supply chain projects in FMCG or retail.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; able to influence leaders.
• Ability to prioritise, assign, manage work, and develop reporting in a timely manner.
• Bachelor's degree in business or information systems.

Responsibilities

• End to end accountability for master data, EDI, and aligning business and IT to deliver outcomes.
• Establish and enforce standards for accuracy and compliance across project touchpoints.
• Drive continuous improvement to streamline workflows and enhance system performance.
• Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for supply chain process evolution.
• Lead the EDI program development and rollout with stakeholders.
• Govern project roles to ensure SOPs are current and post go-live priorities are managed.
• Work with stakeholders and Change Leaders to define needs and train end users.
