Smarter Communities is seeking an experienced OC Manager to lead a portfolio of strata and owners corporation properties in a hybrid Melbourne-based role. You will build strong client relationships, interpret bylaws and legislation, and coordinate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to deliver top-tier service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
• Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
• Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders
• Address correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
• Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings - agendas, budgets, minutes
• Manage Client retention (including 1st level complaints, overseeing problems, and providing guidance)
• Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
