Job summary

Strata Talent Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Owners Corporation Manager in Melbourne to deliver high-quality service across a portfolio of around 10 buildings and 1,000 lots. You will manage complex issues, build meaningful client relationships and work with a capable admin team to hand over well-maintained portfolios.

The role emphasises autonomy, collaboration with committees and adaptability to new systems, with two days of work from home after six months and a modern office

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act 2006 and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and self-motivated approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to embrace new systems and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a car for site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 buildings and 1,000 lots with a focus on quality service.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with committee members and clients.
• Navigate complex issues and present at meetings.
• Provide support through a well-resourced administration and handover process.
• Support autonomous decision-making while aligning with Directors and the portfolio strategy.
