Job summary

Associa Victoria is seeking a licensed Strata Manager (Community Manager) to oversee a portfolio of residential strata complexes and to manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and contracts. The role emphasizes professional service to strata councils and multi-tasking across projects and meetings.

The position offers a hybrid work model with opportunities for growth and access to support teams, dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills at a professional level.
• Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated client service mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporation.
• A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
• Onboarding new strata complexes as new contracts are confirmed.
• Prioritizing and delivering business and projects for the portfolio in a timely manner.
• Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors for the portfolio.
• Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evenings), and following up with minutes.
• Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and coding invoices.
