Qualifications

• Previous experience in Strata Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of computer skills and ability to multi-task.
• BMC experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required.
• Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM).
• Drafting and issuing breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply.
• Assisting with the management of junior staff members.
