Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead front-line store operations and collaborate with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role involves safe, well-stocked stores and empowering the team with hands-on leadership across shifts.

You’ll drive customer service excellence, coach staff, and contribute to a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead safety-focused store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming and safe store environment.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and site leadership when needed.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor to deliver knowledgeable service.
• Maintain smooth store operations through workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and support team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries with practical, helpful solutions to build trust.
• Identify and implement process improvements and new tools or methods.
• Onboard and develop team members to grow confidence on the job.
