Job summary

Vocus is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to design and shape complex technology solutions for enterprise, government and strategic customers across Western Australia and the broader region.

You will work with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to lead customer engagements, shape opportunities and develop innovative solutions, combining deep technical expertise with strong commercial and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Consulting, Architecture or Pre-Sales.
• Experience designing complex multi-service solutions for enterprise/government.
• Strong WAN/LAN/Internet/security/UC&C/contact centre knowledge.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and lead bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex customer solutions across networking, security, cloud and communications.
• Partner with sales to identify opportunities, shape requirements and develop winning technical strategies.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer executives and technology leaders.
• Develop solution proposals, business cases, presentations and tender responses.
• Lead strategic opportunities involving SD-WAN, SASE, enterprise voice and digital transformation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the Solution Consulting team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations to deliver outcomes.
• Contribute to revenue growth, customer retention and continuous improvement.
