Job summary

VOCUS is seeking an experienced Managed Services Program Manager to establish and lead a scalable SD-WAN delivery capability from our North Sydney office. You’ll drive migration strategy, build repeatable delivery frameworks and shape how we deliver secure networking at scale.

As a senior SD‑WAN specialist, you’ll influence strategy across customers, product and engineering teams, coach engineers, and ensure successful outcomes with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical product pre-sales with networking focus.
• Deep knowledge of Fortinet SD-WAN and SASE.
• Ability to articulate secure managed network outcomes to customers.
• Experience documenting risks, dependencies, and migration constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, migration strategy and delivery for large SD-WAN/SASE deployments.
• Develop reusable deployment standards and templates for scalability.
• Act as senior technical authority for engagements, workshops and migrations.
• Collaborate with Product/Tech to gather insights and influence roadmap.
• Coach engineers to build internal SD-WAN capability.
• Work with Sales, CS, Service Delivery to ensure outcomes.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, and migration complexities.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and customer experience.
• Create customer-facing presentations and technical documentation.
