Job summary

Vocus in Australia is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to shape complex technology solutions for enterprise, government, and strategic customers across Western Australia. You will partner with Account Managers and Sales Leaders to lead customer engagements and develop innovative solutions.

The role blends deep technical expertise in WAN, SD-WAN, SASE, and enterprise voice with strong stakeholder engagement, business acumen, and solution leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture or Technical Pre-Sales.
• Experience designing and presenting complex multi-service solutions for enterprise or government customers.
• Strong understanding of WAN, LAN, Internet, security, UC&C, contact centre and managed services technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of complex customer solutions across networking, security, cloud and communications platforms.
• Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities, shape customer requirements and develop winning technical strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer executives, technology leaders and key stakeholders.
• Develop compelling solution proposals, business cases, presentations and tender responses.
• Lead strategic opportunities involving SD-WAN, SASE, enterprise voice and collaboration initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the Solution Consulting team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Contribute to revenue growth, customer retention and continuous improvement initiatives.
