Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive customer engagement strategies within a designated territory in Perth. You will coach and align cross-functional teams, influence C-level stakeholders, and craft technical champions around the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

You will also develop collateral, lead workshops, and pursue growth in multiple tracks. You will engage in complex customer interactions, work across cloud ecosystems, and translate sophisticated data

Qualifications

• Experience engaging in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives by building relationships and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies with Account Executives in your territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and third-party apps.
• Be a trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption of the platform.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and lead workshops and meetups.
