Job summary

DocuSign ANZ is seeking a Manager, Solution Consulting to lead a team of Solution Consultants and drive growth in Enterprise accounts. The role focuses on developing a high-performing team, coaching on technical sales, and managing executive relationships with major customers.

Travel ~20% is expected in ANZ. The position reports to the Director, Solution Consulting for ANZ and requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of enterprise procurement and integration

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS pre-sales / solution consulting experience in ANZ
• 3+ years of people management within technical software sales
• Experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain extraordinary talent for Enterprise Solution Consulting to build a high-performing team
• Provide hands-on coaching to build technical expertise, consultative selling, enterprise architecture, and executive communication
• Partner with Enterprise sales leadership and field teams to drive strategy, cultivate opportunities, and win complex enterprise deals
• Lead the SC team through high-stakes opportunities, establish executive relationships, and articulate value to stakeholders
• Synthesize customer feedback to shape product roadmap and ensure alignment with enterprise needs
