DocuSign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to partner with Enterprise presales and field sales across ANZ. You will uncover customer challenges, design integrated solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations of the DocuSign platform and IAM capabilities.

Hybrid role with weekly in-office expectations. 5+ years in mid-enterprise SaaS pre-sales and experience engaging C-suite stakeholders are required; 8+ years preferred. Travel up to 20%.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in mid-enterprise pre-sales selling SaaS solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders (C-suite).

Aufgaben

• Lead as technical owner on ANZ accounts in partnership with Sales.
• Build strong partnerships with Sales, PS, Customer Success, Marketing and Product.
• Conduct deep technology discovery with executive stakeholders across complex landscapes.
• Inform Sales account planning with technical insights and ROI-focused messaging.
• Map customer challenges to IAM solution designs and value.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Travel 20% or more as needed.
