Job summary

DocuSign is transforming Intelligent Agreement Management in ANZ, seeking a Manager, Solution Consulting to lead a team of SCs and support enterprise growth. You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while partnering with Enterprise sales to win complex deals and expand IAM adoption.

Travel of ~20% is expected; this is a people-manager role reporting to the Director, Solution Consulting for ANZ. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote work is available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS pre-sales / solution consulting experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience within technical software sales.
• Experience building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain extraordinary talent across diverse experience levels to cultivate a high-performing Enterprise Solution Consulting organisation
• Provide hands-on coaching to continue building technical expertise, consultative selling, enterprise architecture design, and executive communication skills
• Support continuous training and professional development paths to help team members excel and advance their careers
• Exemplify and safeguard core company values through hiring decisions, daily leadership, and team culture
• Partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership and field teams to drive strategy, cultivate opportunities, and win complex enterprise deals
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to expand relationships, drive IAM adoption, and deliver valuable outcomes for our largest customers
• Lead and mentor the SC team through high-stakes strategic opportunities and executive relationships
• Synthesise and champion customer feedback to shape product roadmap and address local enterprise segment demands
• Ensure consistent team compliance with internal rules of engagement, sales processes and tools use
• Evaluate team operations continually and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and field impact
