Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Solution Consulting for ANZ to lead a team of Solution Consultants supporting large Enterprise accounts. The role emphasizes coaching, strategic leverage with C-suite executives, and driving complex deals.

You will recruit and develop top talent, collaborate with Enterprise sales and Customer Success to expand IAM adoption, and influence product roadmaps. A hybrid work model with in-office access is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SaaS technical pre-sales / solution consulting experience, with 3+ years selling into strategic enterprise accounts across ANZ
• 3+ years of people management experience within technical software sales
• Experience building trusted relationships and engaging effectively with C-suite and senior technical/business executives
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical discipline

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain extraordinary talent across diverse experience levels to cultivate a high-performing, well-balanced Enterprise Solution Consulting organisation
• Provide hands-on coaching to continue building technical expertise, consultative selling, enterprise architecture design, and executive communication skills
• Support continuous training and professional development paths to help team members excel and advance their careers
• Exemplify and safeguard core company values through hiring decisions, daily leadership, and team culture
• Partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership and field teams to drive strategy, cultivate opportunities, and win complex enterprise deals
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to expand relationships, drive IAM adoption, and deliver valuable outcomes for our largest customers
• Lead and mentor the SC team through high-stakes strategic opportunities. Establish senior executive relationships, steer value-focused product demonstrations, and facilitate complex technical discussions. Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader across internal forums and external events
• Synthesize and champion customer feedback to directly shape product roadmap and address local enterprise segment demands
• Ensure consistent team compliance with internal rules of engagement, sales processes and tools use
• Evaluate team operations continually and implement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency, collaboration, and field impact
